【Netherlands · Amsterdam】

Amsterdam, the capital of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Dam Square, known as the heart of Amsterdam, is the historical birthplace of the city and one of the most famous squares in the Netherlands. The National Monument stands in the center of the square, with the Royal Palace located opposite it.

Royal Palace of Amsterdam, one of the four royal palaces of the Netherlands, currently used by Queen Beatrix. It was originally built in the 17th century during the Dutch Golden Age as Amsterdam’s city hall.

Canal Cruise: Amsterdam is famous for its many canals, such as the Herengracht, Prinsengracht, and Keizersgracht. A glass boat canal cruise allows visitors to fully experience the unique charm of this water city.

Amsterdam Central Station, built on three artificial islands and supported by 8,687 wooden pillars. Its architectural style is Dutch Neo-Gothic and resembles that of the Rijksmuseum.

Anne Frank House: During World War II, when the Netherlands was occupied by Nazi Germany, the young German-Jewish girl Anne Frank and her family hid here, where she wrote the world-famous The Diary of Anne Frank.

Museum Square (Museumplein) is named for the many museums surrounding it. Four major museums are located here: the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum, and the Diamond Museum.

Shenzhou Medical Center, the largest institution outside China dedicated to traditional Chinese medicine education, healthcare, and trade services.

Van Gogh Museum, which houses about 200 of Van Gogh’s most valuable works from his golden period—approximately one quarter of his total output. The most famous painting is Sunflowers (Fifteen Sunflowers).

Rijksmuseum, set amid lush gardens, features elegant architecture and is the largest museum in the Netherlands, renowned for its collection from the Dutch Golden Age.

Stedelijk Museum, a modern art museum in Amsterdam, with collections including rooms painted by Karel Appel and numerous works by Kazimir Severinovich Malevich.

Rembrandt House Museum, a modest green building where Rembrandt lived from 1639 to 1658 and completed his masterpiece The Night Watch.

A’DAM Tower, originally designed by architect Arthur Staal as a committee building for Royal Dutch Shell, officially opened in 1971.

【Netherlands · The Hague】

Europe’s Largest and Most Beautiful Village, The Hague (Den Haag) is known as “Europe’s largest and most beautiful village.”

Mauritshuis (Royal Picture Gallery Mauritshuis), located in the city center, was originally a palace built between 1636 and 1641 for Johan Maurits, Prince of Nassau and Governor of Dutch Brazil. It later became an art museum.

Peace Palace, built between 1907 and 1913, is located on the outskirts of The Hague and houses the International Court of Justice, the Peace Palace Library, and the Hague Academy of International Law.

Noordeinde Palace, one of the three official palaces of the Dutch royal family, was once the estate of the widow of William of Orange and is now the workplace of King Willem-Alexander.

Madurodam, also known as the miniature city, features major Dutch landmarks at a 1:25 scale, allowing visitors to tour the entire Netherlands in just one hour.

【Netherlands · Rotterdam】

Euromast Observation Tower, built specifically for the 1960 Dutch International Horticultural Exhibition and designated a national monument in 2010. It offers panoramic views of Rotterdam and is an ideal spot for city sightseeing.

Port of Rotterdam, the largest port in Europe, covers an area of 105 square kilometers and consists of seven port districts with a total quay length of 37 kilometers. It can accommodate over 600 ships simultaneously. Approximately one ocean-going vessel enters or leaves the port every 10 minutes, making it one of the busiest ports in the world.

【Netherlands · Giethoorn】

Giethoorn, located in Overijssel Province in the northwest of the Netherlands within the De Wieden Nature Reserve, is famous as the “Green Venice” for its unique waterways.

【Netherlands · Windmill Village】

Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. Nineteen windmills are arranged in a linear formation. Multiple drainage mills work together to pump water and maintain the polders.

【Netherlands · Afsluitdijk (Closure Dam)】

The world’s longest flood-control dam, with a total length of 32 kilometers. It rises 7 meters above sea level, measures 90 meters wide at the top and 120 meters at the base. Construction began in 1927, was completed in 1932, and opened to traffic in 1933. It is now part of the Dutch dual-carriageway highway system.
