This conference will be held at Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol. Guests are kindly requested to make their own hotel reservations as needed.
Hotel Booking Notice
The conference hotel does not hold a room block for attendees. All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your attendance is confirmed, we strongly recommend making your accommodation arrangements as early as possible to secure your reservation.
Participants may book rooms through the official hotel reservation link provided on the conference website to access exclusive conference rates and breakfast is included. The promotional period is from 17th September to 26th September. Please note that hotel rooms booked via the reservation link can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. A 100% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival. Alternatively, rooms booked at the standard rate through the hotel’s official website may be cancelled free of charge before 12:00 (noon) on the day of arrival. In the event that the conference hotel is fully booked, we recommend reserving accommodation at one of the two suggested alternative hotels.

Daytime Shuttle Service
This is a free service, operating according to the hotel’s scheduled timetable.
Departing from the hotel: if you plan to use the shuttle before 10:00 a.m., advance reservation is required. If you make a reservation online, please be sure to enter your hotel reservation numberin the remarks field.
Departing from the airport: the shuttle operates on a fixed schedule and no advance reservation is required.
Night Shuttle Service
At night (from 00:00 hrs. until 04:30 hrs.) we offer paid transportation every full hour and every half hour, The service is provided based on demand and advance reservation is required. You can reserve the night shuttle online.
Please note that the night shuttle can only be reserved for trips to Schiphol Airport. If you make an online reservation, please be sure to enter your hotel reservation number in the remarks field.
For trips from Schiphol Airport to the hotel, advance reservations are not possible. After collecting your luggage, please call the hotel at +31 (0) 610121440 to arrange pick-up (this number is used exclusively for the night shuttle service).
Fare: €7.50 per adult per one-way trip; €5.00 per child (ages 3–12) per one-way trip; free for babies (a seat must still be reserved).
Schiphol Airport Pick-up Location
Please proceed to the “Hotel Shuttle” stop, located outside the Arrivals Hall in the hotel shuttle area at stops A9–A13, near the taxi stand. Follow the airport signs marked “Hotel Shuttle” or“Hotel Bus” to reach the pick-up point.
If you need to travel to Amsterdam city center, you can take a direct train from the airport.
The journey takes approximately 15 minutes, and the train ticket costs €5.20.
